🕐 Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in: from 15:00, at any time, even at night
- Check-out:Until 10:00
💳 Payment
- The booking is paid by card online at the time it is made.
- The full price of the stay is charged.
- An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically.
🔐 Deposit and identity check
- During the online check-in you verify your identity with an ID document and a selfie.
- You then place a refundable €100 deposit hold on your payment card.
- Nothing is charged, the hold is released on the 3rd day after check-out unless the apartment has been damaged.
🚭 No Smoking
- Strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas.
- Protected by a sensitive smoke detector for your safety.
📋 House Rules
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
- Unregistered guests and parties are not allowed.
🅿️ Parking
- Private reserved parking right in front of the building is free of charge.
- Please use only the parking space marked P03.
🔑 Arrival Instructions
- The apartment uses a key box for contactless arrival.
