🕐 Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in: from 15:00, at any time, even at night
- Check-out: Until 10:00
💳 Payment
- The booking is paid by card online at the time it is made.
- The full price of the stay is charged.
- An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically.
🔐 Deposit and identity check
- During the online check-in you verify your identity with an ID document and a selfie.
- You then place a refundable €100 deposit hold on your payment card.
- Nothing is charged, the hold is released on the 3rd day after check-out unless the apartment has been damaged.
🚭 No Smoking
- Strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas.
- The space is protected by a smoke detector.
📋 House Rules
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
- Unregistered guests and parties are not allowed.
🅿️ Parking
- You park in the underground garage in the marked space P1, and parking is included in the price.
- The remote for the barrier and the garage comes with the keys, and step-by-step instructions with photos are available after online check-in.
- Parking anywhere else on the premises is not allowed, and occupying someone else's space may result in a fine.
🔑 Arrival Instructions
- The apartment uses a key box for contactless access.
- We will send detailed instructions and the access code on the day of arrival.
