- Check-out:Until 10:00
- Access is contactless via a key box (Self-check-in).
💳 Payment
- The booking is paid by card online at the time it is made.
- The full price of the stay is charged.
- An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically.
🔐 Deposit and identity check
- During the online check-in you verify your identity with an ID document and a selfie.
- You then place a refundable €100 deposit hold on your payment card.
- Nothing is charged, the hold is released on the 3rd day after check-out unless the apartment has been damaged.
🚭 No Smoking
- Strictly no smoking in all indoor areas of the apartment.
- The space is protected by a smoke detector.
📋 House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 - 06:00.
- Unregistered guests and parties are not allowed.

- Parking in the public car park by the house is free of charge.
- Spaces are not assigned, so you may use any free space.
- No reservation is needed, simply park when you arrive.
