How the online check-in works step by step

On the day of your arrival, we will send you a message with a link to the guest page. Through it, you will complete the online check-in – quickly, securely, and without any need for personal contact.
The online check-in consists of two steps:
- uploading your ID document (national ID card or passport),
- identity verification – a standard process that takes only a few minutes.
The whole procedure is intuitive and can be done directly from your phone or computer.
2. After completing check-in, you will receive access credentials
Once the online check-in has been successfully completed, we will send you the access credentials for the keys to your apartment. From that moment on, the door is in your hands – your arrival is entirely up to you.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 00:00. Within this time window you can arrive whenever it suits you – without having to announce your exact arrival time in advance.
By when do you need to leave the apartment?
Check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. You simply lock the apartment and the access credentials are automatically deactivated.
Need to arrive earlier or leave later?
We understand that travel plans do not always fit into standard time frames. If you need an early check-in before 15:00 or a late check-out after 10:00, it is possible – subject to prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Availability depends on the occupancy of the apartment at the given time, so we recommend submitting the request in advance when booking or as soon as possible before arrival.
